What does AmeriCorps do:
AmeriCorps Seniors is a United States government program run by the Corporation for National and Community Service. The program engages volunteers aged 55 and older to serve their communities.
Our programs serve as a pathway to employment opportunities and help develop vital work skills.
The AmeriCorps bring people together by connecting individuals and organizations to help communities tackle their toughest challenges.
Foster Grandparent Program- Provides grants to organizations with a dual purpose to engage Americans 55 years and older in volunteer service and to provide one-on-one support to children with special needs to improve their academic, social, or emotional development.
FGP-Help kids learn through a variety of different ways:

-
Retired and Senior Volunteers (RSVP)- Provides grants to organizations with a dual purpose: to engage Americans 55 years and older in volunteer service to meet critical community needs.
